How to use?
as a tea
suggested serving
as a therapeutic serving, we recommend 1 tsp of loose leaf blend per cup of hot water.
water temperature
bring water to a boil between 160ºF - 170ºF. avoid using greater temperatures as it can degrade the delicate flavors & therapeutic properties of the herbs. if you are unsure, simply let it cool slightly before pouring.
steeping
place the herbal blend in a teapot, infuser, or directly into your cup. pour the hot water over the blend and cover to steep for 15-20 minutes, allowing the herbs to release their aromatic oils and beneficial compounds.
infusing intention
as the blend steeps, infuse it with your intention for healing, relaxation, or whatever purpose resonates with you. visualize the herbs working in harmony with your body, mind, & spirit to manifest your desired outcome.
indulging in the essence
once steeped, strain the herbal infusion into your cup and take a moment to savor the aroma and flavor of the tea. drink slowly and mindfully, allowing each sip to nourish and replenish your being
burning
method of choice
roll with papers, use a pipe, or another technique of choice. if you are using papers we recommend using natural unbleached papers and biodegradable cigarette tip filters. a paper filter will also do but will result in a harsher smoke.
intention setting
take a moment to set your intention for the smoking session. consider the purpose behind your use of the herbal blend and what you hope to cultivate or release through the experience.
mindful preparation
gently grind the herbal blend to your desired consistency using your fingers or physical grinder.
take care to remove any potential stems or debris for a smooth and enjoyable smoking experience.
begin rolling or packing your smoke with your intention heart center.
conscious burning
with your intention in mind, carefully light the blend and take slow, deliberate inhalations. allow the smoke to permeate your being, honoring the sacredness of the moment and the wisdom of the plants.
reflection
after your session, take a moment to reflect on your experience. notice any sensations, emotions, or insights that arise. acknowledge how the herbs supported you on your journey.

aromatic bath soak
add a handful of Ophelia’s Breath herbal blend to a muslin bag or directly to your bathwater for a soothing and aromatic bath soak.

place a handful of loose leaf herbal blend in a bowl of hot water. lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head to trap the steam and inhale deeply.

fill small muslin bags or pouches with our herbal blend to create herbal sachets that can be placed in drawers, closets, or under pillows.
